Courier (ភ្នាក់ងារដឹកជញ្ជូន) (15 Positions)

 

Job Description:

  • Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional inter-face and image to customers and the general public.


Job Requirements:

  •     High School Diploma
  •     Previous delivery driving experience is required
  •     Strong customer service skill is required
  •     Valid Driving’s License and good driving skill are mandatory
  •     Must be able to communicate in English
  •     Must be honest and hard-working
  •     Healthy and able to work under pressure
  •     Good at time management

 

Customer Service (2 Positions)

 

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone calls or E-mails. Analyze and route the request to the right person in charge.
  • Accept and register shipment bookings for customers
  • Respond to customer consistently and confidently by providing the accurate information in all areas such as custom requirements, transit time and prices
  • Enhance service experience by exercising the professionalism and empathy when dealing with each individual customer’s varying needs and demands
  • Liaise with Operations Department and other departments on quick and efficient solution of customer issues and queries
  • Perform other tasks assigned by respective management

 

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required
  • Able to use Mandarin Chinese will be an advantage
  • Must be confident, reliable, friendly, and people-oriented
  • Must have good typing skills (at least 40 wpm – preferable)
  • Telephone skill, conflict resolution skill, technical skill are an advantage

Sales Executive (5 Positions)

 

Job Description:

  • Ensure that all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are coordinated
  • Meet regularly with Sales Management to evaluate the personal sales plan/strategy so as to ensure that the required revenue and shipment results can be achieved
  • Develop an annual customer call cycle for both planned and unplanned maintenance to secure committed orders with new and existing customers
  • Build a strong customer relationship to ensure that sales perform and grow to its maximum potential
  • Identify and reach out new sales target/market
  • Present, promote product and services to existing and potential customers
  • Perform sales analysis to existing and potential customers to meet their needs
  • Identify, consult and resolve customer issues and complains
  • Report on customer’s needs, issues, interests and related sales activities
  • Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, Emails
  • Conduct market research to obtain new customers
  • Maintain accurate/updated customer profiles, pipeline, sales leads and sales activities (e.g. sales visit plan, sales visit report, quotation)
  • Negotiate the items of an agreement and closing sales
  • Record sales and order information in the report to keep good sales tracking
  • Deliver good sales performance to meet sales target
  • Responsible for managing cost calculations, and providing customers with best competitive quotations
  • Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required to close sales
  • Follow up on new sales leads and referrals from agents and existing contacts

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent is required
  • Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required
  • Able to use Mandarin Chinese is a plus
  • At least 1 year experience of related working experience is required
  • Experience in working with logistics industry will be an advantage

Accountant (1 Position)

 

Job Description:

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Verify petty cash in spreadsheet for accuracy
  • Enter financial transactions into accounting software (QuickBooks or Peachtree)
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly cash flow report
  • Bank control and reconcile for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements (Include Annual Tax Report)
  • Prepare monthly staff payroll and process
  • Ensure that all required information and documents are well-prepared and available for auditing to avoid faults
  • Maintain up to date filling documentation
  • Tax declaration, prepare tax document, tax filling
  • Deal with Tax Officer for tax issues (if any)
  • Perform other duties assigned by respective management

 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in this related field
  • Good computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email)
  • Good at dealing with customers on telephone
  • Must be flexible, honest, hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Good communication (in English) and interpersonal skill
  • Accuracy and attention to details, confidentiality and organized in word

 

Human Resource (1 Position)

 

Job Description:

  • Manage on database of resumes
  • Designing job announcement and posting through website, social media and employment agencies
  • In charge of recruitment activities of all Business Units
  • Develop and monitor overall HR Strategies
  • Head-hunting in social network, or references
  • Shortlisting potential candidates
  • Collecting applicant's assessment report
  • Updating information of candidates in the database
  • Maintain relationships with colleges, job fairs and related partners as part of recruiting efforts
  • Conduct weekly and monthly report to recruitment manager
  • Interview and determine the ideal candidates for the vacant position
  • Work with recruitment manager to determine final decisions on choosing candidate to be hired
  • Make recommendations on appropriate hire based on need
  • Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns
  • Develop and execute recruitment plan
  • Monitor and reduce the cost of recruitment process
  • Negotiation with staff regarding salary
  • Conducting exit interview with the report
  • Other duties assigned by manager

 

Job Requirement:

Technical required

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR field
  • Fundamental education about labor law of Cambodia
  • Knowledge of hospitality, F&B
  • English language and computer literacy (Ms. Office)
  • Strong management (Planning, Organizing, Directing, Evaluating) business knowledge

Digital Marketing (1 Position)

 

Job Description:

  • Create, propose, and implement the overall digital marketing strategies such as on Facebook, Instagram, LINE, WeChat and e-Commerce
  • Design artworks and other advertising materials, which used for Digital Ads campaign. Utilize frequently designing tools, such as Photoshop/Ai and able to implement simple animation video
  • Manage all digital marketing channels
  • Critical thinking on text creation, articles writing, and post caption/description
  • Regularly post and reply comments/messages on social media
  • Work closely with graphic designer to make creative, trend and concept artworks
  • Prepare the Monthly Social Media Campaign Theme
  • Generate monthly reports on digital marketing implementation
  • Work with advertising and event team to increase marketing results
  • Perform marketing email spread to introduce company’s product and service to business companies, NGOs, banks, industries etc.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by respective management

 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Communication/IR/IT/Design
  • Good knowledge of Social Media such as Facebook and IG
  • At least 1 year experience in digital marketing/social media
  • Good command of English (Chinese will be an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, Graphic Design)
  • Able to work collaborative with graphic designer
